"The Oyster Partnership has been providing a recruitment serivce to Home South for about three years.

In my role of Responsive Maintenance Manager I have been working closely with Mark Fisher, Senior Consultant for about the past 10 months to fill some vacancies within my department.

Initially I used Oyster's services to recruit for two Partnership Manager vacancies which were proving difficult to fill. We had advertised the vacancies in the usual manner through the local and national press, via the Job Centre and on the Internet. In addition a number of CV's were recieved from various recruitment agencies. Despite two recruitment campaigns, the calibre of the candidates applying was not suitable with many not meeting the person specification.

Oyster then took on the recruitment of these posts. Mark Fisher came to our offices to get an overview of our organisation and a clear understanding of the job roles. Mark personally vetted potential candidates before putting them forward for consideration.

This personal touch was very refreshing unlike some other recruitment agencies that in my opinion do not fully understand the key requirements and put forward candidates who do not meet the specification. This is extremely unhelpful to both client and candidate as it just wastes everybody's valuable time.

Oyster has gone on to fill additional vacancies for us. The calibre of the candidates has been to a high standard.
